For an application deadline, select the closing date in the as-of field instead of using today. The result separates completed years, months, and remaining days; total days is a separate elapsed-time measure.

Dates must be valid and the end date cannot precede the date of birth. For birthdays on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the calculation uses the last available day when the target month is shorter. Eligibility rules may define birthdays differently, so compare the result with the application instructions.
